Site History
Changelog
Everything added to the site, roughly in order. If something looks new, this is why.
Sep 6, 2026
- History reorganized into tabs — Champions, Leaderboards, Rivalries, and Franchise Notes, instead of one long scroll through 11 sections. Biggest Losers is now merged directly into the Franchise Notes tab (real content, not just a link) and is no longer a separate top-level nav item.
Sep 6, 2026
- Championship Rings moved out of the main nav — no longer its own top-level nav item, since it was already reachable from a real champion's Manager page. Added a proper callout on the History page (right after Champions) so all 6 rings are still easy to browse together in one place, not just one at a time.
Sep 6, 2026
- Manager Select moved out of the main nav — no longer its own top-level nav item, since it's fundamentally a stylized front door to the Managers page. Now reachable via a "Retro Mode" callout right at the top of the Managers page instead, trimming the nav bar down.
Aug 23, 2026
- Career Playoff Record added to All-Time Leaders — new card on the History page, right next to Most Career Wins. Real playoff-only win/loss record, correctly scoped to only the seasons a manager actually made the real championship bracket (excludes consolation-bracket placement games). Alec Piotrowski leads at 6-3.
Aug 23, 2026
- Hot Streak / Cold Streak Tracker — added to the Standings page. Every manager's real current streak, plus the real longest win and losing streaks in league history, computed from every real game ever played. Matteo Costanzo holds the real record at 10 straight wins (Season 1, ending in his title run); Javier Marichal's real 12-game losing streak spans Seasons 5 and 6.
Aug 23, 2026
- Championship Odds moved into the Standings page — no longer a separate top-level nav item; the real bracket-path simulation now lives directly on Standings, right below Playoff Odds.
Aug 23, 2026
- Championship Odds — not just playoff odds. Real 10,000-season Monte Carlo simulation run all the way through the actual bracket (top 6 seeds, byes for 1 and 2), tracking each manager's real most likely path to the title. Click any manager for a full "How can I win the championship?" breakdown: seed needed, and real most common opponents at each round, based on every simulated season where they actually won it all. Linked from Standings and added to main navigation.
Aug 23, 2026
- Manager Stock Market: Buy/Sell Recommendations — real value-investing logic. Each manager's real Draft Grade sets a fair-value baseline, separate from the short-term noise (recent wins/losses, waiver moves, injury news) already driving the live price. When the two drift apart meaningfully, it's flagged as a real Buy or Sell, with reasoning naming the actual driver behind the gap.
Aug 18, 2026
- Week 1 Matchup Posters — real fight-card style posters for every real Week 1 game, real photos, real head-to-head record. Actual downloadable PNG files, not just a page to screenshot. Linked from the homepage.
Aug 27, 2026
- Player rankings refreshed again — full re-research using current consensus PPR rankings (checked Aug 27, 2026), all real values recomputed. The 5 manual overrides still hold and still match the real current top 5 (Gibbs and Bijan swapped 1-2, no impact on the override). Cascaded through Draft Cards, Manager Stock Market, and the Season Preview Magazine PDF. Alec Piotrowski's real biggest reach flipped to Ashton Jeanty, correctly reflecting his real ankle injury news dropping his current ranking.
Aug 23, 2026
- Player rankings refreshed — full re-research using current consensus PPR rankings (checked Aug 23, 2026), all 200 real values recomputed. The 5 manual overrides still hold and still match the real current top 5. Cascaded through Draft Cards, Manager Stock Market, Trade Calculator, and the Season Preview Magazine PDF. Also fixed a real inconsistency on the live Draft Cards page where "Biggest Reach" wasn't restricted to early rounds the way "Best Value Pick" was, which the new data would have made boringly kicker-dominated.
Aug 23, 2026
- Championship Rings — an original ring design for every real champion, Season 1 through 6, no two alike. Real season, real record, real photo. Linked from each real champion's own Manager page and added to main navigation.
- Manager Stock Market: click-through detail pages — clicking any manager's card now shows exactly what's moved their price, itemized by real individual waiver moves, trades, and team news. Also fixed a real display bug where two spots showed a literal "\u2014" instead of an em dash.
Aug 23, 2026
- Manager Stock Market — every manager priced like a stock. Real career Legacy Score sets the starting price; real waiver and trade activity, real wins/losses, real hot streaks, and real playoff odds move it from there. Biggest Risers, Biggest Fallers, Trending, and Most Valuable Managers. Waiver activity already has real preseason movement — the rest activates as real season data comes in. Added to main navigation.
Aug 20, 2026
- Season Preview Magazine (PDF) — a real, forward-looking companion to the League Almanac: State of the League, the real Post-Draft Power Rankings laid out for print, a full team-by-team preview for all 10 managers (real grade, real best-value pick, real biggest reach), and a Bold Predictions closer. Linked from the homepage.
- League Almanac now linked — the existing Almanac PDF is now downloadable from the Commissioner page, next to the Constitution.
Aug 20, 2026
- Team News — new tab on the News page, filterable by manager, for real injury and depth-chart news tied to actual rostered players (including backups who suddenly matter). Also accessible directly from each manager's own profile page.
Aug 20, 2026
- Draft results now collapsed by default — the Draft page shows only Round 1 initially, with a "Show Full Draft" button to expand to all 15 rounds. Resets to collapsed each time you switch seasons.
Aug 20, 2026
- Draft Cards moved into the Draft page — no longer a separate top-level nav item; the real trading cards now live directly on the Draft page, below the draft board and slot analysis.
Aug 20, 2026
- Draft Cards — real trading cards for every manager's Season 7 draft. Real photo, real Post-Draft grade, and each manager's actual best-value pick and biggest reach, found by comparing where every player was really drafted against their real trade value. Actual downloadable PNG files for all 10, added to main navigation.
Aug 18, 2026
- Weekly Recaps now support a lightweight format — on the News page, recaps can now render directly inline (click to expand) instead of requiring a full custom page every time. Matches the exact format the weekly Cowork-generated recap will produce, so it's just paste-and-go each week. The full-page style (like the Season 6 Finals recap) still works for special productions.
Aug 18, 2026
- Belt Lineage — a full real history of the Championship Belt: every reign, every defense, who lost it to whom and by what score. The homepage Belt card now links here.
Aug 18, 2026
- Trade Finder: target a specific player — new mode lets you pick a player on another roster and see the best 1-for-1 and 2-for-1 offers you could realistically make for them, using the same two-sided fairness scoring.
- 2-for-1 packages no longer require matching positions — removed an artificial bonus that favored replacing a position with itself; packages now win purely on real value and real team need across any position mix.
Aug 18, 2026
- Trade Finder now two-sided — suggestions now factor in whether the other manager would actually want the deal, not just whether it's good for you. Checks their real positional surplus (can they afford to give this up) and their real need (do they actually want what you're offering), not just your own roster fit.
Aug 18, 2026
- Manager order changed to alphabetical — site-wide, the manager list now sorts alphabetically instead of by last season's final standings. While fixing this, caught and re-fixed a real regression: the tiebreak in the two core standings functions had reverted to the incorrect wins→differential→PF rule (should be wins→PF only), and a related bug where the display order silently ignored the manager list order entirely due to a JavaScript quirk with numeric object keys.
Aug 18, 2026
- CLUTCH formula rebuilt — now factors in real must-win losses (regular-season losses that cost a real playoff spot) alongside must-win wins, real penalties for runner-up and semifinal finishes, and a much heavier penalty for actual last-place finishes. Scores compressed closer together (steeper curve, higher floor) so real near-misses no longer read the same as real collapses.
Aug 18, 2026
- Manager Select attributes redesigned — POWER now scales against a realistic 70% ceiling instead of 100%. CLUTCH is rebuilt entirely: no credit for runner-up finishes, and now factors in real must-win games actually won (computed by testing whether each real win, if flipped to a loss, would have dropped the manager out of the playoffs). OFFENSE now uses career average season score instead of a single best season. Also fixed a real tiebreak bug in Time Machine found while building this.
Aug 18, 2026
- Manager Select — a retro fighting-game character-select screen, real photos, real career stats (win rate, scoring, experience, championships) driving every attribute bar. Added to main navigation on every page.
Aug 17, 2026
- Waiver Activity Leaderboard — on the Standings page, ranks every manager by real waiver moves made this season.
Aug 10, 2026
- Hall of Shame — the 6th room in League HQ, mirroring Trophy Hall: real last-place finishes and real punishments across all 6 completed seasons, wall-mounted plaques.
Aug 10, 2026
- League HQ — the biggest build yet: a real explorable 3D headquarters connecting Trophy Hall, Draft Room, War Room, and all 10 Manager Lockers via a central hub. Added to main navigation. Old Trophy Room links now redirect here.
Aug 6, 2026
- First Real Waiver Moves — Matteo (Steelers D/ST), Sullivan (Isaiah Likely), and Adam (Deebo Samuel) logged post-draft. Also added a "Post-Draft" label for moves that happen before Week 1.
- Does Draft Slot Actually Matter? — on the Draft page, real correlation analysis between draft position and final finish across all 6 seasons. League-wide correlation is essentially flat, but Slot 4 has the best average finish and Slot 6 the worst.
- All-Time Strength of Schedule (corrected) — on the History page, recalculated to a proper week-by-week basis: how an opponent's score that specific week ranked against the rest of the league that same week, not season-long totals. Playoffs excluded.
- Season 7 Draft Recap — a real News article covering the actual draft: steals, reaches, and Javier Marichal's real turnaround from back-to-back last-place finishes to the #1 graded roster.
- Post-Draft Power Rankings — ranked by real starting-lineup value plus bench depth (weighted lower than starters) from actual drafted rosters. Pre-draft edition relabeled for clarity.

Aug 4, 2026
- Trophy Room v5 — enlarged the shelf unit (both wider and with proper vertical clearance) after finding trophies were literally clipping into the shelf above due to insufficient spacing.
- Trophy Room v4 — simplified to look-around only (no more walking/joystick controls), turf now covers the full floor to match the shelves, and trophies are properly sized to fit without overhanging.
- Trophy Room v3 — redesigned as a real tiered shelf unit with turf-topped shelves, positioned close to spawn instead of requiring a long walk. Caught and fixed a real Three.js bug where trophies were rendering at double their intended distance.
- Trophy Room v2 — redesigned trophy geometry to actually look like trophies (flared cup, handles, star topper), added a real "Most Points For" trophy type, and made the Biggest Loser trophy a literal upside-down trophy.
- Trophy Room fixes — fixed real lighting bug where trophies sat outside the light's reach, added pedestals so trophies display at a natural height, and added a look-to-identify system showing which season each trophy is from.

- Season Time Machine — scrub through any past season and see the standings and playoff picture exactly as they stood at that point in time, not just the final result.
- Performance Audit — removed an unused 83KB script from the homepage (a 46% cut to its JS payload) that was loaded but never actually used.

- Add to Home Screen — a proper app icon and web manifest, so the site can be added to a phone's home screen like a real app.
- Glossary & FAQ — a reference page explaining every custom site feature plus standard fantasy terms, linked in the footer.
